Docker Engine plugin 설치, 활성화, 설정 변경을 다루는 ''docker plugin'' 관리 그룹.

===== Summary =====
  * volume driver, network driver 같은 Engine plugin 관리에 사용한다.
  * 일반적인 CLI plugin이나 Compose plugin과는 문맥이 다를 수 있다.
  * plugin은 호스트 권한과 밀접하므로 설치 전 capability와 mount 권한을 꼭 확인한다.

===== Troubleshooting =====
  * 설치 시 permission prompt를 무시하면 호스트 자원 접근을 과도하게 허용할 수 있다.
  * 일부 plugin은 비활성화 상태에서만 설정 변경이 가능하다.
  * 운영 호스트에서는 plugin lifecycle을 이미지/컨테이너 배포와 별도로 변경 관리하는 편이 안전하다.

  create      Create a plugin from a rootfs and configuration. Plugin data directory must contain config.json and rootfs directory.
  disable     Disable a plugin
  enable      Enable a plugin
  inspect     Display detailed information on one or more plugins
  install     Install a plugin
  ls          List plugins
  push        Push a plugin to a registry
  rm          Remove one or more plugins
  set         Change settings for a plugin
  upgrade     Upgrade an existing plugin

Run 'docker plugin COMMAND --help' for more information on a command.
